Healthy Egg Muffins
We eat eggs for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The only thing I don't like it having the clean the pan every time and customizing them with everyone's favorite toppings. These healthy breakfast egg muffin cups are the best because they let me customize each cup with everyone's favorites. And I can meal prep them once and then heat them up when we are ready to eat.
Ingredients for Healthy Breakfast Egg Muffins
- 6 Eggs
- Onion, chopped
- Pepper and Yellow Pepper, chopped
- Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Ground Sausage

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a greased pan crack one egg in each muffin tin
- Add in your favorite toppings. For me that includes: onion, peppers and ground sausage.
- Top with cheese
- Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy
