Happy 4th of July Week. I don't know where the summer has gone. I love red, white and blue so I love all patriotic holidays. There are no shortage of Fireworks in South Florida. This year we are going to a friend's condo on the beach. We always like to bring a gift for our hostess and these DIY Patriotic Centerpieces are ideal. I have teamed up with Julie from Crowning Details. How cute is her printable?
How to Make DIY Patriotic Centerpieces
Supplies for DIY Patriotic Centerpieces
- Glass containers with a top - make sure they are wide enough to reach your hand into
- Blue acrylic paint
- Star stickers with a white background
- Red ribbon
Optional:
- Printable from Crowning Details
- Tape
- Stick
Directions for DIY Patriotic Centerpieces
1: Gather your supplies, I used a recycled food jar and a mason jar.
2: Put stickers on the inside of the container. Don't worry about the color of the sticker they will be covered by paint so you will not seen them.
3: Pour paint into the container add the top and shake until the entire container is covered.
4: Flip it over and let the paint dry.
5: Add a red ribbon, fill with flowers and the thank you printable.
