    Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

    • 1 large ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
    • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or peanut butter powder
    • 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
    • ¾ cup cow milk
    • Handful of ice

    Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips and banana slices

        • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pro Tip: Add the milk first.
        • Blend until all ingredients have been combined together.

        It depends on what type of milk, peanut butter and whey powder you use. Let me know what you think of it. It takes like a milkshake

      Checking what's in the kitchen, I've got everything except the chocolate whey protein powder. I do have chocolate protein powder, but the first ingredient is pea protein so I'm not inclined to use it. So, I have milk & peanut butter WHY do I need even more protein from a powder? I do have cacao, why not use it?
