Yummy recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie. It taste just like a milkshake, but it uses frozen bananas instead of ice cream. You will not want to miss this combination.
Dairy products like milk, yogurt and cheese are staples in our house. I have written about our love of them before and how we buy three gallons of a milk at a time. We use milk all the time, so it is hard to pick just one recipe as our favorite. Dairy products are nutrient-rich and packed with protein, carbohydrates and important vitamins and minerals. They help fuel the body and contribute to a well-balanced diet. These fresh, wholesome products aren’t hard to find—they’re right down the dairy aisle.
If you follow the blog, you know that my daughter B loves to cook and bake with me. Recently, we have been all about making smoothies. We even have a drawer in our freezer dedicated to frozen fruit, so we are ready to make a smoothie for breakfast, an afternoon snack or dessert. This smoothie recipe makes the ultimate chocolate and peanut butter smoothie. It is thick and creamy and tastes like a dessert. The best part is it is a simple way to nourish you and your family with protein, vitamin A and vitamin D.

It depends on what type of milk, peanut butter and whey powder you use. Let me know what you think of it. It takes like a milkshake

Checking what's in the kitchen, I've got everything except the chocolate whey protein powder. I do have chocolate protein powder, but the first ingredient is pea protein so I'm not inclined to use it. So, I have milk & peanut butter WHY do I need even more protein from a powder? I do have cacao, why not use it?
