Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ up rolled oats
  • cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-½ Tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet sweetener you can use 1 Tablespoon of white granulated sugar instead
  • mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • In a microwaveable bowl or mug, combine the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Microwave for 30 seconds in 10 seconds increments stirring every 10 seconds. 
  • In the same bowl add in the yogurt, Milk, oats, cocoa powder, and sweetener.  Stir until the peanut butter is fully combined. 
  • Put the mixture into an airtight container and place into the refrigerator. 
  • Leave the mixture in the refrigerator at least for 2 hours, ideally overnight.  
  • In the morning you can open and enjoy.  Or you can add toppings like heated peanut butter or mini chocolate chips.
