I have never tried to make sugared cranberries before, but I love the look of them. I especially love them on top of a simple white cake. They were simple to make and look so festive.

What you Need for Sugared Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar (divided)
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of Fresh Cranberries
How to Make Sugared Cranberries
Step 1 – In a small saucepan over medium to low heat, dissolve 1/4 cup of sugar and water. Let water cool and mix in the cranberries. Let them soak 4-6 hours.
Step 2 – Add the remaining sugar. Roll the the cranberries in the sugar until they are fully coated with sugar.
Step 3 – Place cranberries on a cooling rack for at least 1 hour.
Add them to your favorite cocktail, decorate a cake….the possibilities are endless.
