    Shell Necklace

When my sister in law and her family were in town.  Bailey's cousin Avery was all about collecting shells on the beach.  Bailey has never been really into collecting them, but I figured after watching her cousins do it she would be more interested.  So our next trip to the beach we took a walk and collected shells.  To my surprise Bailey got really into it.
    Step 1

Collect shells or purchase them if you do not have access to a beach.  We found a number of shells that had a natural hole in them which was ideal for the shell necklaces.

    Step 2

Rise and dry the shells and paint the shells.  We brought the shells over to Bailey's best friend Jules' house to share the fun.

     Step 3

Add ribbon and tie the shells on.

    Step 4

    Wear them with pride.

Thank you. Trying to keep it simple so Bailey can participate in every step of the process. V
