Bailey loves to help MiMi with her bird feeder and bird bath so when I saw this craft idea knew Bailey would love it. If you love inviting bird into your yard you can also make these Bird Seed Ornaments.

Supplies for DIY Bird Feeder:

• Milk carton
• Paint
• Piece of paper
• Hold puncher
• String
• Knife

How to Make DIY Bird Feeder

Step 1 - I did this part while Bailey was at school because I knew she would want to help and knives and toddlers make me nervous.  I looked at different designs with hikers in the front or on both sides.  We picked to do the one in the front but will try the side next time. I cut it with a knife free hand.      

Step 2 - Cut off the piece leaving only a small lip.  

Step 3 - time to decorate.  Bailey loved this part       

Step 4 - use a piece of paper to make a roof.  
Step 5 - after the milk carton is dry punch a hole in the top and add a ribbon.  Fill it with bird seed and hang up outside.
