Happy Spring, if follow me you know I love Spring! The gorgeous spring flowers, the cooler weather and spring cleaning. I really believe flowers are nature saying Let's Party! I know that many people avoid spring cleaning and it may sound strange, but I enjoy it. Don't get me wrong I am not a fan of daily cleaning. But, I do love purging and major spring cleaning. Today, I am sharing tips on how you can save money while spring cleaning this year, including a spring cleaning list for you to use.

Stock up on Cleaning Supplies on Sale
Start stocking up on supplies when they are on sale. Most cleaning products have a long shelf life.
Homemade Cleaning Products
I love Dawn soap because it is so versatile. It is a great product to use to make some of your own homemade cleaning products. This miracle stain remover is simple to use and get almost anything out of clothes.
Garage Sale and Consignment Stores
Spring cleaning is a great time to purge as well. If you have kids you may want to read my post on how to organize toys. During the process of organizing things like toys a big part is figuring out what products you no longer need.
Once you have sorted the products I recommend either setting up a garage sale or making an appointment with a local consignment stores to sell the items you no longer need.
Rent Cleaning Products
One of my favorite projects to do during Spring Cleaning is pressure washing. I like to pressure wash everything including: the driveway, our pool deck and our fence. You can rent a pressure washer from your local box store.

This is awesome! When my youngest was little, she hated marks on the walls. It bothered her because of her OCD. Well, she loved Magic Erasers and would usually come ask me for one every Saturday!

Coupons are my favorite! They're a great way to save money...but selling all the stuff I purge when spring cleaning is another great way to save (and earn a little money), too!!
