How to Make Breakfast Rice Bake
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Start by mashing your bananas.
- Then combine the egg, rice, almond extract, blueberries and cinnamon. Stir until it is all fully combined.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until firm
Substitutions
You can use any type of rice that you like. I like to use jasmine rice, but white and brown rice work well.
Ingredient variations
- You can use any types of berries like raspberry or blackberry.
- Sweeter - if you would like it to be sweeter you can addd some sugar or cinnamon sugar.
Equipment
You need a bowl, a fork cookie sheet and a baking dish.
