- Milk
- Cheese
- Favorite Toppings
Make To Make Air Fryer Egg Bites
- Crack the eggs
- Add in milk and stir together
- Spray the silicone molds with cooking spray and place them into the air fryer
- Pour the egg-milk mixture into the silicone cups
- Then add in your favorite toppings and finish off with cheese.
- Air fry at 300 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned on top and enjoy!

Equipment
- 1 Air fryer
- 6 Silicone baking cups
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 sausage patties
Instructions
- Crack the eggs
- Add in milk and stir together until completely mixed together.
- Spray the silicone molds with cooking spray and place them into the air fryer
- Pour the egg-milk mixture into the silicone cups until about ¾ of the way full.
- Crumble your sausage patties and top off with cheese.
- Air fry at 300 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned on top and enjoy!

You can bake these ahead of time and enjoy them all week. Simply bake then allow it to cool to room temperature. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When you are ready to enjoy them you can eat them cold or microwave them for 30 seconds to a minute until they are warm.
Can I Freeze Air Fryer Egg Bites
Yes, you can freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container. When you are ready to enjoy reheat them in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until warm. Or you can thaw them in the fridge overnight. If you thaw them out you can reheat them for 30 seconds.

Don't worry if you don’t have an air fryer, you can still make these egg bites in the oven. If you make them in the oven you could use a muffin tin. Cook at 325F for about 60 minutes until the egg is set.
