I feel like every fall my Facebook is filled with hysterically true memes about how every parent dislikes the time change. With a 5 year old and a 50lb dog we are no different. I love our nightly walks as a family. Now that it is pitch black when we walk. I feel so tense when we are walking as cars fly down the street next to us. The tension has caused a pain in my shoulder. At Walgreens I bought TYLENOL® PM* to help relieve those minor aches and pains while helping me fall asleep. See below to see the aisle where I found it. This combined with prepping breakfast the night before with these yummy Blueberry Overnight Oats are a great combination for better tomorrows.

Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of cooking your oats with water or milk on the stove or in the microwave, you mix old-fashioned oats, also called rolled oats with the liquid and other toppings. Then you place it in the refrigerator overnight. Overnight the oats soak up all the liquid. You can eat them cold or heat them up. The most common mixture is equal parts raw rolled oats, milk and yogurt (I like 1/3 or 1/2 cup of each). We like a little more milk and less oats. You can use any kind of yogurt or milk.
This week we tested out a bunch of different recipes to determine which ones our family liked the most. B is all about overnight oats now. She asks me to make them everyday. We went to a big Sunday brunch last week and she was most excited when she found out they had overnight oats. This recipe for Blueberry Overnight Oats was our favorite one.

1/3 cup coconut milk
