  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberries


  • Place oats, milk, honey, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract in a jar. Shake well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add blueberries and serve immediately.
