Place the shredded chicken in a bowl and add buffalo sauce. Mix until all the chicken is completely covered with sauce.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the butter side of your bread down on your pan. And add a piece of cheese to both sides of the bread.
Top chicken on one side of the sandwich.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the bread for about 4-5 minutes or until cheese has started to melt. Then combine to make one sandwich. Flip when golden brown.
Cut your grilled cheese in half and enjoy!
