Balsamic Brown Sugar Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 lbs Lamb Rib Chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Add salt and pepper to taste to the lamb chops.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, cook each side of the lamb for up to 2 minutes then remove from the heat. 
  • Adjust the heat to medium low. Mix in minced garlic and cook for one minute stir constantly to ensure it does not burn.
  • Then mix in brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Once the sauce thickens add the lamb chops back into the pan and cook until their are the temperature you like.
  • Remove from the pan, garnish with parsley and enjoy.
