Add salt and pepper to taste to the lamb chops.
Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Once the oil is hot, cook each side of the lamb for up to 2 minutes then remove from the heat.
Adjust the heat to medium low. Mix in minced garlic and cook for one minute stir constantly to ensure it does not burn.
Then mix in brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
Once the sauce thickens add the lamb chops back into the pan and cook until their are the temperature you like.
Remove from the pan, garnish with parsley and enjoy.
