B and I love to cook and bake together. This summer she started a series called Easy Recipes with B. We love to try and include fresh fruits and vegetables in the dishes we make together. This recipe is no different. This Teddy Bear Toast recipe is so simple with only 4-5 ingredients. They are ready in under 5 minutes and they are so adorable everyone in your house will love them.

This recipe is a kid friendly recipe for teddy bear toast. It is a fun food that is so easy to make. You only need 4 ingredients or an optional 5th. You can use any spread. We used peanut butter, but you could use your favorite nut butter, cream cheese or hazelnut spread. All of them work with the theme of teddy bears.
You can use sliced banana for the ears and the nose. Then place the blueberries for the eyes and the button nose. we love pink so we added raspberries for the inside of the ears. Then you are done and ready to enjoy them!!!
B loved them so much we had them for an afternoon snack and then breakfast the next day. They are so easy you can have your kids make them with you or you can whip them up in less than 5 minutes.

Variations
- Use nuts instead of the fruit for your eyes, nose and ears.

Teddy Bear Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 banana sliced
- 6 blueberries
- 2 raspberries
Instructions
- Toast the bread until it is golden brown.
- Spread the peanut butter onto each slice of toast
- Slice the banana into thin slices. Add a slice of banana to the middle of the bread for the nose.
- Add a blueberry on top to finish the nose. Then add two more next to the nose as the eyes
- Then create the ears with their banana slices or raspberries sliced in half.
