This Poppy Seed Salad Dressing is a great dressing for any salad even fresh fruit salad. Very tangy and sweet
Back to school means lots of things including getting back to my weekly meal planning. Last summer I shared my weekly meal-planning tips here. One of the tips that helped keep me on track all year long was having themed days like Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, and Pizza Fridays. Pizza Fridays was a tradition we had in our home when I was a kid and a tradition I am happy to continue. We switch it up a little with where we have pizza sometimes we eat at our kitchen table, and some days we eat outside by the pool. I think B’s favorite is when we take the pizza to a local park with friends. Pizza is always best shared with friends and family.
Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
I always try to include vegetables with every meal, even when we have pizza. This salad with poppyseed dressing is a go-to. I found it in our Junior League cookbook. It has become my go-to recipe for a yummy salad.

Tips for Making a Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing
Store your dressing in a container with a lid. This will allow you to shake it if the ingredients separate.
You can pour the poppy seed dressing directly from the bottle.
