I love the holidays!!! The spirit of the season is ultimately about connecting with family and friends.  I partnered with Lily Pad Press along with American Greetings because they have an an incredible selection of greeting cards, gift wrap, tissue and bags to help you celebrate and connect with family, friends, neighbors and co-workers this holiday season.  Giving and receiving holiday cards is one of the highlights of the season.  I enjoy them so much I always like to use them in my holiday decorating. I am looking forward to sharing how to display holiday cards with you today.

How to Make the Holiday Card Display:
    1. Add decorations to your garland.  You can use pre-lite garland.  I had regular garland and added Christmas lights to it.  Then I added candy canes and bells.

Cards and Treats for Your Husband

For the holidays we set a budget and then generally my husband buys his own gifts because he loves to find a deal. While he enjoys it, it does take some excitement out of opening gifts.  This year I wanted to make sure I included him on my list of people to do something special for.  Who says you have to wait until Christmas to give gifts?

There are so many ways to make the holidays merry and bright.  My husband also loves M&Ms so I bought him some snack size M&Ms.  I wrapped them up and adding them as a surprise in his lunch.

I also bought it adorable card.  There is something about receiving a card to make everyone feel special.  The Lily Pad Press cards were so adorable that I had to buy another one for my sister in law that just hosted us in her home.

Wrapping is my favorite part of gift giving.  I believe presentation is everything and can make anything special. So I wrapped them in tissue paper like a candy.  Wrapped the ends in a ribbon.  Then I added double sided tape and decorated the package with the tissue circle cutouts.
