I am excited to share this yummy and Healthy Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip.
We are slowly recovering from the holiday hangover. Life if all about balance, especially when it comes to eating. Over the holidays we lost all balance. The New Year is a great time to get back to basics. When the opportunity to work with Coca-Cola and Safeway on their Start Your Year Refreshed campaign I was excited to try a new recipe. I knew I wanted to figure out a healthy dessert so we did not have to go totally cold turkey.
This recipe is so yummy I almost did not miss my nightly Christmas cookies. My little taste tester enjoyed it so much she asked for me to make it again for her play date the next day. I made it extra special by putting the dip into an orange and serving Bailey and her bestie their own fruit plates on mini cake stands. Bailey got to pick out her favorite drinks to serve.

Step 1: In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together.
