Almost every weekend we have a movie night. So when Peter Rabbit came out on Blu-Ray + DVD Combo we knew we had to get it and have it as the theme to our next movie night. Since B and I love to craft together we brainstormed about what would be the perfect craft that would fit into our Peter Rabbit movie night. We decided to make DIY Bunny Cups. I had recently made them for her class and they were such a hit. We filled them with dip and carrots. For movie night we wanted to fill them with popcorn.
So we headed to Walmart and picked up all the supplies we need for the craft and our movie night. Including Orville Redenbacher's Popcorn ultimate butter flavor, since it has no Artificial Preservatives, Flavors or Dyes, Kid Cuisine All Star Chicken Breast Nugget Meal, (it is one of B's all time favorites and I love that it includes a full serving of vegetables), plastic cups, a glue stick and cotton balls. See below photos of where to find them at your local Walmart. We love a family movie night because it brings everyone together. Creating an entire evening around it gives you more family time, and with Peter Rabbit, Orville Redenbacher's Popcorn and Kid Cuisine, everything is covered! Whether it's a family movie night during the week, or celebrating a special event like Mother's Day, Peter Rabbit is a fun movie for the whole family.
DIY Bunny Cups
As a DIY lover I often over complicate my crafts. Since B has started to join me I have changed my approach and realized that sometime simple is best. These DIY Bunny Cups are so easy to make they literally take seconds. Everyone loves them and kids as young as 3 can make them themselves. B's teacher could not stop telling me how much the kids loved them. Sometimes the simplest ideas make the most impact, talk about a win win.
