I love the Y for some many reasons. One is that it is not the "scene" that you might see at an LA Fitness. I do have a bunch of gym pet peeves and the Zumba instructor this morning broke two of them. Wearing long hair down and chewing gum. I don't understand why it bothers me so much.

Ha ha this post cracked me up. Loud grunters at the gym is my biggest pet peeve... Ha which is also kind of silly.

I agree with you on the loud grunters, the worst is when they have headphones on. I like to tell myself they do not realize how loud they are.

I totally agree. Although I know I have broken the makeup rule especially when I used to go to the gym straight from the office.

I always have on a little myself. But some people look like they are going to the Emmy's!
