We are Irish, but let's be honest even if we were not I would celebrate St. Patty's Day. Β Any excuse to celebrate!!! This week we also made these Pinch Protection GiftsΒ for St. Patty's Day.
St. Patty's Day Blog Hop
We love breakfast all day long. Β So we decided to do a TopΒ of the Morning St. Patty's Day Breakfast party to celebrate!Β I've teamed up with 8 other party bloggers to share fun ideas for the holiday.
St. Patty's Day Breakfast
I love pops of gold with just about any color. Β The contrast with the green is one of my new favorite combos. Β I have seen the paper fans all over my favorite parties and this was my first time working with them. Β When I saw them on Oriental Trading Company I knew I had to have them. Β They made the best backdrop for our breakfast bar cart. Β Since our food was part of theΒ decor I displayed it in a combination of glass abowls and gold containers.
This Lucky banner from Target was the perfect addition to the party. Β I love the gold and the tassel. Β Do you think I can use it all year long?
DIY St. Patty's Day Containers for St. Patty's Day Breakfast
I would love to buy new containers for every party, but I am officially out of storage space. Β I love this idea to transform your regular glass containers into themed containers. Β It is as simple as buying window clings and placing them wherever you Β want.
Food for our St. Patty's Day Breakfast
I originally had plans for sprinkle pancakes as well rainbow stacks of pancakes. Β We love pancakes, but most mornings we are running out the doors so I decided to keep the food simple with cereal and fruit only. Β I only buy lucky charms and fruit loops for St. Patty's day. Β They are so festive and my daughters favorite cereal. Β Blueberries and whipped cream topped with sprinkles were served in gold pails.
I made these gold dipped utensils for a party last year and I am totally in love with them. Β They are so easy to make. Β Simply take mod podge and apply gold glitter. Β Add another layer of mod podge so ensure the glitter stays in place. Β I tied them up with a green satin ribbon.
What would you serve at your St. Patty's Day Breakfast?
