Healthy Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice (4oz)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ Banana (about 3oz)
  • ½ cup Blueberry (or 3oz)
  • ¼ Almond Extract
  • dash Cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Start by mashing your bananas.
  • Then combine the egg, rice, milk, almond extract, blueberries and cinnamon.  Stir until it is all fully combined.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until firm
