Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spread the taquitos evenly 1" apart on baking sheet. Heat your El Monterey® Chicken & Cheese Flour Taquitos for 12 minutes.
With a sharp knife cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a potato masher or a fork. Smash to your desired chunkiness.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir together. Give it a taste test and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed.
