In a medium saucepan over low heat saute the onions with cooking spray
Mix the cheese wedges and onions with a few tablespoons of chicken broth.
Stir and blend adding more broth as needed until cheese is melted and it becomes the consistency of an Alfredo sauce. Keep warm over low heat.
Cut or tear chicken into bite size pieces and add to sauce
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Rinse the shirataki noodles well in a calendar and drain.
When water is boiling place the noodles in the pot, cook for 1 minute. Drain the noodles thoroughly and add the sauce to the chicken.
