Bacon Wrapped Cornish Hens in Crockpot

Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 3-½ Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
- 4 Teaspoons Chili Powder
- 4 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tyson Cornish hens
- 10-12 Slices bacon
Instructions
- Spray your crock pot with non skin spray. Open your Cornish Hens and wash them off in water. Dry them off with a paper towel!
- In a small bowl, mix your dry spices. Rub the spice mixture all over the birds. Take your strips of bacon, and wrap three pieces each direction. Place the birds into the crock pot. Then add the honey and butter to the top.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5.
- Enjoy!
