  • 2-3 Mangoes Pealed, pitted and diced
  • 1 Red Pepper Chopped finely
  • 1/4 Red Onion Chopped finely
  • 1 Lime Juice of 1 Lime


  • 3 Tbsp Fresh cilantro leaves Chopped
  • Jalapeno Seeded and chopped finely


  • Peel, pit and dice your mangoes.
  • Finely chop the red pepper and onion.
  • Mix all mangoes, red pepper, red onion and the juice of one lime together.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
