Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 Banana sliced and frozen
  • ½ Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Cup Apple Sauce unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Optional

  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk unsweetened

Toppings

  • ¼ Cup Great Grains Crunchy Pecan
  • ¼ Apples sliced
  • ½ Banana sliced

Instructions

  • Combine all the smoothie ingredients together in a blender or blender cup.  Blend until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Pour into a bowl
  • And top with Great Grains® Crunchy Pecan, apple and banana and Enjoy
